Its the little things that pile up to become big things:
- Eat Healthy (the skin reflects ur diet)
- Drink water (keeps the skin glowing)
- Quit Squinting the skin around the eyes and thin and sensitive
- Use Shades when going out they are not just a fashion accessory (says my Optometrist)
- Stop resting your chin on your hand (according to Allure it stretches the skin)
- Change to smooth Satin pillowcases, cotton ones leave their marks on your face (guess i'll change to satin bedsheets too)
- Care for all the other parts of your body also not just your face (ears,neck.back,hands,feet,nails,etc)
- Detox
