Les petites choses

Its the little things that pile up to become big things:

  • Eat Healthy (the skin reflects ur diet)
  • Drink water (keeps the skin glowing)
  • Quit Squinting the skin around the eyes and thin and sensitive
  • Use Shades when going out they are not just a fashion accessory (says my Optometrist)
  • Stop resting your chin on your hand (according to Allure it stretches the skin)
  • Change to smooth Satin pillowcases, cotton ones leave their marks on your face (guess i'll change to satin bedsheets too)
  • Care for all the other parts of your body also not just your face (ears,neck.back,hands,feet,nails,etc)
  • Detox
